In many cases, when you move to a new building or apartment, there may be a clause in your lease agreement that allocates you to pay a certain sum to the building owner’s association. This fee is in addition to the movers’ fee and often fluctuates depending on the location and the size of the building that you are moving in to.

4. Gardening fees

If you choose an apartment or a villa with a splendid garden, lawn or even a terrace garden, be sure to calculate the gardening and lawn maintenance fees that these decorative vegetations require, in order to be maintained, trimmed, soiled and cleaned. Gardens and yards require a lot of upkeep and also costs a hefty sum depending on the size of the garden. You could save this cost by sticking to native plantations as they are more adaptive and require less upkeep as compared to other exotic varieties.
